Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. How we protect personal data
Maison des Soeurs takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via contact@maisondessoeurs.nl

Return Policy

Items purchased at Maison des Soeurs can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products as you would in a physical store. When you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging unless the packaging is sealed.
If you choose to return products, we ask you to report this in advance by filling in the return form on our website or by using the withdrawal model below. You can also inform us by sending an email to: contact@maisondessoeurs.nl.


Please note that you must return products within 14 days of informing us.
After we have received your return, we will start assessing the returned items and processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account, and amount to a maximum of 10.


Items that cannot be returned:

  • Services initiated with the buyer's consent. such as: Haircuts, hair coloring, all  treatments provided by the relevant hairdresser of Maison des Soeurs,  all treatments related to manicures and pedicures.

  • Products Custom Made to Buyer's Specifications

  • Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life

  • Products that cannot be returned after they have been shipped for hygienic reasons  open

  • Products that are delivered sealed and that cannot be returned with a  opened seal

Warranty and complaints

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing contact@maisondessoeurs.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
